MUMBAI: Sarang Chemicals Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on November 19 to review the working of the company and to consider the appointment of additional director. The board will also consid er the option of withdrawal for shares to be offered, issued and allotted on preferential basis in respect of the decision taken by the board on October 24, 2008.
