MTNL to consider interim dividend

MUMBAI: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has informed the BSE that a board meeting will be held on January 30 to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2007.

Further the company said the board would consider payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2007-08.
