Book Closures/Dividends Novopan Industries to pay 22% CHENNAI: Novopan Industries Ltd has informed the BSE that shareholders at the 22nd AGM on September 27 approved payment of dividend of 22 per cent. They also authorised the board of directors to borrow up to Rs 50 crore apart from short-term and working capital loans, and to create charge on the movable and immovable properties of the company in favour of banks and financial institutions for working capital facility of Rs 25 crore and term loans of Rs 50 crore. - Our Bureau
