The Hiranandani Group has announced that it will be participating in the tendering process for the new MOPA International Airport in Goa and the Navi Mumbai International Airport respectively, through its subsidiary, Voluptas Developers Pvt. Ltd. Bids are due for submission in July 2016. In this regard, a senior spokesperson of Voluptas said “The Company was originally denied security clearance. The matter was reconsidered by the Ministry of Home Affairs under orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. We are pleased to learn from the Government of Goa, that the necessary security clearance has been finally granted to Voluptas Developers Pvt. Ltd. Similar intimation is expected from CIDCO for the Navi Mumbai International Airport Project. We are grateful to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for clearing our credentials. On this occasion, we wish to confirm our serious intent to pursue both projects and we are very hopeful of emerging successfully in the two bidding processes”.
