Work at TTP suspended `indefinitely'
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The management of the public-sector Travancore Titanium Products Ltd (TTP), a major manufacturer of anatase grade titanium dioxide, has announced that works at the plant were being suspended ``for an indefinite period'' after several rounds of parleys failed to throw up a solution to the fortnight-old stand-off triggered by sustained protests over pollution caused by effluents from the plant.
