While we must wholeheartedly welcome what is called the `Track II diplomacy effort' of a seasoned diplomat such as Mr Shaharyar Khan of Pakistan to improve Indo-Pak ties which now remain ``frozen'', it is time we called his bluff too (Business Line, Nove mber,13).
