Indifferent RBI
There is little co-ordination between various departments of the Reserve Bank of India, which has been suffering from various internal deficiencies. These have been causing hardship to its constituents, mainly the banks and primary dealers.

Transparency in disinvestment
The Central as well as the State governments should make the disinvestment exercise of equity more transparent, to avoid the imbroglio seen in the Balco issue. The Disinvestment commission had spelt out clear-cut procedures for the exercise to ensure abs olute transparency.
