Ipca Lab buy-back offer to close on Nov 10

MUMBAI: Pharmaceuticals firm Ipca Laboratories Ltd on Tuesday said its share buy-back programme will close on November 10.

The board of director has decided to close the on-going buy-back programme on November 10, Ipca Laboratories said in a filing to the BSE. Last year, the company had announced that it will buy back equities up to Rs 60 crore from existing shareholders. T he offer opened on December 10, 2008.

At 2.30 pm, the stock of Ipca Laboratories was quoted higher by Rs 26 or 2.90 per cent at Rs 928 on the NSE. - PTI
