Milestone invests Rs 110 cr in Godrej Properties

MUMBAI: Milestone Real Estate Fund, a SEBI-registered venture capital fund, on Monday said it has invested Rs 110 crore into a residential project in Kolkata.

Jointly developed by Milestone & Godrej Properties, this 3-million square feet project aims to bring a prestigious residential complex to Kolkata, a company release said.

“We are very happy to associate with the Godrej brand. This project being in the mid-segment housing sector holds great promise and value for home buyers,” Milestone Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Mr Ved Prakash Arya, said. - PTI
