Aurobindo Pharma gets FDA nod for ‘Lamotrigine’

MUMBAI: Aurobindo Pharma has informed BSE that the company has received the final approval for Lamotrigine tablets 5mg and 25 mg from the US Food & Drug Administration.

Lamotrigine tablets are generic equivalent to Lamictal CD tablets of GlaxoSmithKline.

Aurobindo Pharma has a total of 107 ANDA (abbreviated new drug application) approvals from USFDA. — Our Bureau
