ISIL ties-up with Speak First for corporate training

MUMBAI: Indian School of Integrated Learning (ISIL) has tied-up with global soft-skills training provider, Speak First, to impart what it terms `Gen-Next corporate training' to Indian students and professionals.

“There is an urgent need to upgrade employee skills and enhance their performance levels. Besides, there is also a need to provide training in institutions and colleges to make students employable. ISIL aims to address this need,” its Chairman, Mr Vijay Moza said.

ISIL has tied-up with Speak First because the latter is a leader globally in imparting soft-skills training. “It is a 20-year-old organisation working in many countries and specialises in communication relationships. It offers a global delivery package w ith local inputs which is very essential,” Mr Moza said.

Highlighting the immense potential in this segment, Mr Moza said that corporates would like to employ people with the requisite skills. “Presently, there is a gap between what they require and what they get. They have to spend a lot of time and money on training. ISIL and Speak First will address this need of corporates,” he said.

Besides corporate training, ISIL would focus on imparting training in institutions like technical, medical and pharma colleges and also to students who pass out of colleges to make them employable. - PTI
