Bajaj Electricals to raise Rs 135 cr via QIP

MUMBAI: Bajaj Electricals, consumer electrical products maker on Monday said it will raise Rs 135 crore by way of private placement of shares with qualified institutional buyers.

The board has approved to raise $37.63 million (Rs 175 crore) by way pf private placement of shares, Bajaj Electricals said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The board has also approved to split the stock in 1:5 ratio, the filing added. – PTI
