Agri Gold acquires Clarion Power Corp

MUMBAI: Real estate firm Lanco Infratech on Saturday said Agri Gold Projects has acquired its subsidiary firm Clarion Power Corporation for an undisclosed sum.

In a filing to the BSE, Lanco said the ownership, management and control of Clarion Power Corporation has been transferred to Agri Gold Projects with effect from April 1. – PTI
