Gujarat Fluorochemicals to hike plant capacity

MUMBAI: Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the company has planned to make a total investment of about Rs 500 crore to increase the installed capacity of its plants at Dahej, GIDC Estate, Bharuch district, to meet the increased demand from domestic and international markets and for captive power consumption.

The company will increased the capacity of caustic soda/chlorine plant to 1,70,000 tpa; chloromethane plant to 1,20,000 tpa; and poly tetra fluoro ethylene plant to 12,500 tpa. — Our Bureau
