Tricom India board to mull stock split

MUMBAI: Tricom India Ltd has informed the BSE that a board meeting will be held on May 2 to consider the proposal of acquisition of a company engaged in the business similar to the company and consider the issue of equity shares/convertible instruments/w arrants or other convertible securities on preferential basis towards full or part consideration.

The board would also consider splitting of the face value of equity capital of the company.
