Allcargo Global to raise Rs 269 crore from Blackstone group

MUMBAI: Logistics firm Allcargo Global on Friday said it will raise about Rs 268.91 crore from private equity firm Blackstone group through issue of securities.

The board of directors of the firm has approved the allotment of equity shares, debentures and warrants on preferential basis to the Blackstone group, Allcargo said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Allcargo would raise Rs 9.34 lakh by allotting 1,000 shares and Rs 100.97 crore through allotment of 10.81 lakh debentures.

Further, it would raise about Rs 167.84 crore by issuing 15.13 lakh warrants at a price ranging between Rs 934 and Rs 1,284. Shares of Allcargo were trading at Rs 832, down 1.15 per cent on the BSE. - PTI
