Glenmark Generics files IPO prospectus with SEBI

MUMBAI: Drug maker Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Wednesday said its subsidiary Glenmark Generics Ltd has filed the draft prospectus with marker regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offer (IPO).

“Glenmark Generics Ltd, has, on September 30, filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offer,'' Glenmark Pharmaceuticals said in a filing to the BSE. Drug maker did not disclose any further details about the public i ssue. - PTI
