Logistics NEW DELHI: The proposal for merger of Air India and Indian Airlines is under the active consideration of the Government and a private consultant has been appointed to look into the issue, Rajya Sabha was informed today. The committee on merger of the two airlines constituted by the Air India Board has appointed Accenture India Private Limited as consultant for the purpose, the Civil Aviation Minister, Mr Praful Patel said in a written reply. - PTI
