General Ramalingam appointed Maytas Infra chairman MUMBAI: Maytas Infra Ltd, on Thursday said the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has named Mr K Ramalingam as its chairman and director. Mr Ramalingam is the former chairman of the Airports Authority of India. Mr Anil K Agarwal has been appointed as a director of the firm, Maytas said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
