NEW DELHI: The Finance Minister, Mr P Chidamabaram said on Wednesday that the Government is not in favour of banning participatory notes. "We are not in favour of banning participatory notes. The SEBI has only proposed a cap on them", the Finance Ministe r said. - PTI
