Top officials resign from Spice Mobiles

MUMBAI: Spice Mobiles on Wednesday said that Divya Modi along with four other directors have resigned from the board of the company. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Spice Mobiles said Divya Modi, Suresh Kumar Jain, Ashok Kumar Goyal, Rajiv Kum ar Sharma and AVK Mohan have resigned from the board of directors of the company with effect from September 30.

The company has appointed Hanif Mohamed Dahya and Kunal Ahooja as directors of the company with effect from the aforesaid date. Besides, Ahooja has also been appointed as whole-time director with effect from today.

Further, Manish Pengoriya has resigned from the post of the manager of the company with effect from September 18, but would continue as the finance head. Shares of Spice Mobiles were trading at Rs 16.70, up 0.60 per cent in the early afternoon trade on the BSE. – PTI
