GSS America Infotech eyes acquisition

MUMBAI: IT solutions company GSS America Infotech on Tuesday said it has approved in-principle for acquisition of identified companies, as part of its inorganic growth plans.

The board has further authorised its CEO to do next steps of due diligence and present price and terms in the next 30 to 60 days, GSS America Infotech said in a filing to the BSE.

Shares of GSS America were trading at Rs 232.75 on BSE, up 1.24 per cent from its previous close. - PTI
