Infotech Enterprises board declares 24% dividend

MUMBAI: Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed the BSE that the board at its meeting held on April 21 has declared 24% dividend on its equity share capital i.e. a dividend of 1.20/- per equity share of Rs 5/- each and Rs 1.20/- per convertible preference share of Rs 360 each.
