Mascon Global board to mull pref issue, FCCBs

MUMBAI: Mascon Global Ltd has informed the BSE that a board meeting will be held on November 23 to approve the issue of securities on a preferential basis and issue of FCCBs/GDRs principally to finance the cost of proposed acquisition of companies.
