Banking & Finance Corp Bank to raise Rs 500 cr bonds thru private placement MUMBAI: Public sector lender Corporation Bank said on Saturday said it would raise Rs 500 crore through issuance of bonds on private placement basis. “The bank proposes to issue upper tier II bonds for Rs 500 crore on private placement basis,” Corporation Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The issue of bonds would open on May 4, while it closes on May 5, the filing further added. – PT I
