Andhra Bank reduces BPLR by 0.75%

HYDERABAD: State-run Andhra Bank on Monday reduced its benchmark prime lending rate (BPLR) by 0.75 per cent to 13.25 per cent with immediate effect.

The rate-cut will benefit all PLR-related portfolios including home, education and vehicle loans, the bank said in a statement.

The bank is likely to take a call on its deposit rates in the near term, it said. – PTI
