MUMBAI: Central Bank of India has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the bank will be held on April 28 to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the bank for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.

Further, at the said meeting, the board may also consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2008-09.
