HDFC Bank allots equity shares under ESOS

MUMBAI: HDFC Bank Ltd has informed the BSE that the share committee of the bank at its meeting held on March 20 has approved allotment of 3,24,300 equity shares to the employees of the bank under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
