Karnataka Bank Sept quarter net dips 77.78%

MUMBAI: Private sector Karnataka Bank on Saturday said its net profit declined by 77.78 per cent to Rs 16.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, over the same period last year.

Total income rose to Rs 547.91 crore in the latest quarter, against Rs 513.85 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal, Karnataka Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. - PTI
