NEW DELHI: The sixth Central Pay Commission will submit its report by March 31 this year. Presenting the Budget proposals for 2008-09, the Finance Minister Mr P Chidambaram expressed confidence that the report will meet the "legitimate expectations" of Government employees. - PTI
