Browsing trouble

I have installed Down Load Accelerator Plus and it has been working fine for about six months. I have been using Windows 98 second edition as my operating system and using Internet Explorer version 5.0 as my browser.

But for some time now, when I open Download Accelerator, it gives the message that it failed to create an empty document. Also, my Internet Explorer does not open a link while browsing in separate windows when I press shift, while it was doing so in the last six months. Please suggest a solution.

S.K. Ranjan

It is very difficult to pin-point the exact problem as the information provided by you is not sufficient. Please ensure that you have Internet Explorer 4.0/5.0 installed in your computer to avoid such error messages.
