Virus update

I am not able to update my Norton antivirus online. Whenever I click live update in the Norton Antivirus menu, a message appears as follows: ``some illegal operation has occurred in the program'' under a heading of luall or lxplore. Please suggest a solution.

There is some problem with one of your DLL files that is responsible for this. The file s32stat.dll seems to be missing. A better option would be to reinstall Norton Antivirus.
