Error message

I have a PIII/128 MB RAM/10 GB Hard Disk/Windows ME operating system. I get the following error very frequently. The details are as follows: ``Explorer has caused error in kernel32.dll. Explorer will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.''

R.S. Gopal

If you receive the error message: Iexplore has caused an error in Kernel32.dll. and Iexplore will now close, it may be due to a problem with Internet Explorer version 5.5 for Windows Me. You can resolve the error by upgrading to a newer version of Internet Explorer.

Upgrade Internet Explorer by downloading a newer version of 5.5 from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ or http:/www.microsoft.com/windows/ie
