•	DSQ posts 62-pc drop in Q2 net THE Chennai-based DSQ Software has reported a 62-per cent drop in net profit to Rs 9.6 crore for the second quarter ended June 30, compared to Rs 25.24 crore for the same period in the previous year. The diluted earnings per share (annualised) is Rs 8.12 (Rs 30.37).
•	Aptech courses on IBM platforms COMPUTER education company, Aptech, on Wednesday announced that it had entered into a strategic partnership with IBM India to offer training programmes designed on the computing giant's platforms through its centres in India and worldwide.
•	ATN in tie-up with income tax portal ATN World, a news-cum-entertainment channel belonging to the ATN Group, has entered into a strategic alliance with Incometaxinfo.com, a vortal devoted exclusively to income tax related problems. The tax portal is a part of Indiaallinfo.com Ltd.
•	Cashtech implements solutions for GTB CASHTECH Solutions India, the software services company specialising in cash management solutions to banking and financial services sector, has announced that it has implemented the software solutions for Global Trust Bank (GTB) to enable the bank's fora y into cash management services.
•	Infotech income up 98 pc INFOTECH Enterprises Ltd (IEL), the Hyderabad-based Rs 91-crore software solutions company specialising in geographic information systems (GIS), has registered a growth of 98 per cent in total income and 125 per cent in post-tax profit for the first quar ter of the current fiscal ended June 30.
•	Monsterindia pact with Rediff BANGALORE: Monsterindia.com, part of Monster.com, has announced a strategic partnership to become job channel partner with Rediff for the Rediff US site.
