Downloading programs

Please tell me how to access programs such as Winamp.zip and Talking clipboards from 4talking.com. I tried downloading Winamp.zip (I have a PC with a 20GB harddisk with 128 MB RAM). But whenever I opened this file, I was asked to mention the name of the program through which the file is to be executed (open with...). What do I specify as the name of the program and how do I run it?

The steps to be followed in order to use winamp.zip are: --Click on Winamp.zip for downloading, your browser will ask in which directory you want to save it. --If you already have the software for decompressing .zip files, you'll just have to double click on the icon Winamp.zip downloaded for starting the installation procedure. --Winamp.zip includes only one file: Winamp.exe which has to be decompressed in a directory of your hard disk. Now, you can back to the browser and click on the song you want to listen to, the browser will ask in which directory you want to save it (we suggest you choose the same directory where Winamp.exe has been decompressed before). After downloading the song, open the directory of your hard disk where is stored Winamp.exe. Press L on your keyboard to choose the file to play.
