•  i-Flex plans IPO this fiscal
I-FLEX Solutions Ltd on Friday announced its plans to go in for an initial public offering (IPO) by the end of the current fiscal with listings on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.

•  eFunds to invest $20 m in 3-4 yrs
EFUNDS International, a subsidiary of eFunds Corporation, is planning to invest close to $20 million over the next 3-4 years in expanding its operations in India.

•  Another portal for tenders
KOCHI: KITCO, a Kerala Government consultancy organisation, has launched a portal for tenders in association with the Chennai-based software development company, KRIS Consultants, to provide online tender facility, according to a release.

•  Dell unveils low-cost server
BANGALORE: Dell has introduced a server designed for small businesses, individual departments in larger organisations, branch offices, among other applications, with prices starting at Rs 47,609, a company press release said.

•  Karnataka stays at the top in software exports
KARNATAKA continued to be the leading software exporting State for the third year running having raked in Rs 7,475 crore in 2000-01.
