DMC International equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement
DMC International Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order dated March 31, 2008 of the Honble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 24, 2008 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of Swen Realty and Media Ltd with DMC International Ltd; and reduction of capital of the Transferee Company-DMC International Ltd.
