Further, Mr. Umaid Singh Baid, co-opted as an Additional Director by the Board, was appointed as Director at the Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on April 30, 2008. Also, Mr. Sharad V Sheth, Director, resigned from the Board with effect from April 30, 2008.
