Betala Global - Outcome of Board Meeting
Betala Global Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the merger of Volvie Capital Management (P) Ltd (VCMPL) with Betala Global Securities Ltd (BGSL) and it was resolved to proceed with the merger and the exchange ratio will be every one share of VCMPL 4.3shares of BGSL will be issued, subject to necessary approvals from stock exchange, other Regulatory bodies and Honorable High Court of Chennai.
