Acrysil Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 29, 2008 has considered that the Companys Equity Shares are listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.After due consideration of all the aspects, it was decided by the Board that in terms of the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, announced by the SEBI, the Companys 25,72,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each be delisted from The Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad and the above said share continued be listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.The above said decision taken by the Board is subject to the approval of the members by way of Special Resolution in the forthcoming General Meeting.
