Asian Granito shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation
Asian Granito India Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2008, has unanimously approved the Scheme of amalgamation of Asian Tiles Ltd (a 100% subsidiary of Company) with the Company pursuant to the order of Honble High Court of Gujarat.
