Albert David Board to consider dividend
Albert David Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will he held on May 16, 2008 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 and shall also consider the question relating to recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and fixing the date of closure of the Register of Members of the Company for the purpose.
