Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Re 0.50 per share amounting to Rs 252.01 Millions on Equity Shares of Re 1/- each as the Final dividend for the year.
