Aro Granite Board recommends Dividend & Bonus Issue
Aro Granite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Recommended a dividend of 15% for the year 2007-2008 for the Equity Shareholders of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.2. Recommended for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. one fully paid equity share for every two equity shares held by the shareholder as on the record date to be fixed later on.
