Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that Life Insurance Corporation of India (LICI) vide itsletter dated April 22, 2008 has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. G N Agarwal, Nominee Director, from directorship of the Company. As a result thereof Mr. G N Agarwal has ceased to be director of the Company w.e.f. April 22, 2008.
