Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2008, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs 7.00 per equity share of Rs 2.00 each inclusive of Rs 1.00 as a special dividend (Previous year Rs 3.00 per equity share).
