AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has established a 100% EOU unit at Survey No. 423/P,. 426/P and 427/P, Mahagujarat Industrial Estate, Sarkhej-Bavla, N.H.8A, Village Moraiya, Post Changodar, Taluka Sanand, Dist. Ahmedabad vide letter of permission dated June 09, 2006 received from Deputy Development Commissioner, Kandla Special Economic Zone (KASEZ). Further the Company has informed that, on the request of the Company for debonding of the above unit from the 1OO% EOU Scheme, the said Deputy Development Commissioner, KASEZ has issued Exit Order from 100% EOU Scheme vide their letter dated May 06, 2008. On account of this Exit Order, the Company have de-bonded the said unit with immediate effect.
