Gangotri Textiles fixes Book Closure for AGM
Gangotri Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2008 to September 18, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2008.Further the Company has informed that, in view of the loss incurred by the Company, the Directors have not recommended Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
