Godrej Consumer - Updates on Record Date
With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 19, 2008 regarding "Record Date for final dividend", Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has now informed BSE that the Record Date of August 04, 2008 will the Record date for the final dividend for 200708 (if approved by the shareholders at the AGM) and also for the interim dividend for 200809 (if declared by the Board of Directors at their meeting proposed to be held prior to the AGM on July 25, 2008).
