With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 26, 2008 and June 30, 2008, JMT Auto Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has decided to convene the adjourned Board Meeting on July 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
